Mary Lou Huber, Lic. # MSG002237 is a Licensed Massage and Body Work Therapist and the owner of Healthy Living Services LLC.
She graduated from the Nationally renowned Health Options Institute of Bethlehem Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from East Stroudsburg University. Her tri-major in Nursing, Biology, Sociology and concentration in Gerontology has enhanced her practice tremendously. Her medical knowledge has given her the ability to work with patients with chronic conditions. She is a graduate from Penn State University with her Masters in Health Policy and Administration and is a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She specializes in populations including those living with physical disabilities, those suffering from injury sustained from auto accidents, patients with fibromyalgia and our senior population as well. She integrates a variety of styles to provide a therapeutic and relaxing experience, and is well versed and highly skilled in multiple modalities. These include Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Pre-natal Massage, Therapeutic Touch, Geriatric Massage, Paul St. John Neuromuscular Therapy, and Neuromuscular Re-education and Lymphatic Drainage.
